and this is after i tested my body fats thats 24.7%!! the healthy range is 17-24%. 0.7% overweight but BMI only 21.3.

totally dont understand.

whatever it is, i have 2 kg of fats to cut to get into healthier range.

family outing variety show is just too funny.
laughing my head's off like mad woman watching it.
its good show to destress myself and forgetting any unfinished work and troubles.

i cant be bothered anymore.

holidays withdrawals!!

its already 20th dec. ok. another 15 mins, its gonna be 21st. argh!

its over too soon. been slacking since back from japan on wed cos i was really tired from the trip and just no mood to start to do work. bah. feeling really moody and prob expecting too much. i seriously have to stop comparing with others!

gotta start tmr. im not done with my sow n resources yet.
gotta start training for fitness as well.
did really short jog n rollerblade on sat but not counted.

anw, this hols prob the best ever.
gotta go 3 places in a span of 1 month!

i'm so gonna set aside certain sum for travel every yr. travelling is addictive esp with ppl who can really shop n have fun.

Day to Japan!

Im so excited!
i hope i have packed enough clothes which i doubt so since my luggage is only 11 kg and i only brought 1 jacket. (i only have 1 jacket!!) gonna go there get if way too cold.

have to take train down to airport myself.
cab gonna be damn ex and i dont want to waste $. already broke.
will take my own sweet time since its evening flight.

yay! time to finish up at least few chapters for the sec 3 sow.

Manila Boracay Trip!

Not really cheap trip considering $ spent on the domestic flight but i think its worth it!
would really love to go back there again to just relax and enjoy the beach since everything is relatively cheap like the sea sport, massage, food!

maybe can go back and take their diving course there.

Day 1- arrived in manila at 10 plus. headed straight to sofitel and just couldnt resist the 10m long buffet. it cost 70 plus per person but since we have 50% off so bout 35 each. stil not so bad.


the range of dessert. i tried 2-3 only. tooo full!

went to Intramuros cos supposedly all the historical sites but got political gathering! scary.

visited the cathedral and Fort Santiago. after a while, decided to go to Makati but nothing much to and went back hotel early.

Day 2 - Ready for Boracay and just laze around.

Saw this just after tweety's friend mentioned bout this story where 1 family got detained just because the mom trying to explain to the daughter y need to take off shoes in airport. stupid!

the 32 seater plane. its first come first serve! if u reach earlier, u can take earlier flight means not much waiting time!

finally reach boracay! after transferring from caticlan by boat. all the boat fee is alr included in airtix.

sunset. really nice. but lousy cam cant justify it.

dinner day 2 of 250 peso buffet. it was not so good deal when we walked around somemore the next day.

Day 3 - island hopping on sailing boat for bout $25/person for 4 hrs. did snorkelling and visited private island called Crystal Cove.

our sail boat. The water was very choppy that day until tweety got seasick.

1st stop at some beach. practised snorkelling before our actual one where we can feed the fish too!

crystal cove cost 6 bucks to enter to see the place.

really cool sand castle and only cost tip for effort.

dinner day 3 - much better with live music and better dessert.

Day 4 - last 2 hrs in Boracay spent taking pics and last min suntanning.

the weather was getting bad when we were leaving. lucky.

reached Manila and headed to Mall of Asia for eating, shopping!

they even have this! even roti mum from spore (claimed to be best bun in spore. sure or not!)

done for the day! n headed back to spore the next morning.

and im off for japan tom!

i hope its not too cold for me. i cant take cold at all!

less than 4 days to my trip!
i cant believe it. it was 100 over days when i set up the countdown thing.
getting kinda excited.

i have 1 more day to try to finish up my work.
1 more work added from pe side after meeting today.
